MACCS Iridium Data

Starting July 8, 2005, Cape Dorset vector magnetic field samples were recorded as 0.5 second averages in local geomagnetic coordinates and made available in real time via the Iridium satellite. A second site, Nain, was made available real time beginning July 7, 2007.

To learn more about how Augsburg collects and processes the MACCS Iridium data visit the MACCS wiki page (under development).
